CHARLES W. RABICO JR — INDEPENDENT RESEARCHER · SYSTEMS ANALYST · AUTHOR

The universe didn't make us to understand it. It became us… so it could.

“Structural Cosmology: the dark matter crisis is not missing particles — it is a bookkeeping error in time.”

Independent researcher and systems analyst based in Phoenix, AZ. Founder of NextGen Business Development Group. 25 years of high-stakes HAZMAT fleet operations, one physics class from 30 years ago, and a falsifiable challenge to the standard model of galaxy formation.

Cosmology

A falsifiable framework: treat gravitational time dilation as an active thermodynamic trap, and galaxies hold themselves together with known baryonic mass and standard General Relativity. No exotic particles required.

Structural Cosmology: A Time-Dilation-Modified Halo Model for Galactic Rotation Curves Without Exotic Dark Matter

The flat rotation curves of spiral galaxies remain one of the most persistent challenges in modern astrophysics. While the ΛCDM paradigm successfully explains large-scale structure, it requires the existence of undiscovered, non-baryonic exotic particles to account for galactic dynamics. We propose an alternative framework rooted in Structural Cosmology (SC).
